Intense Disorganized Poor Communication
After playing for almost 18 years this coach killed my love for the game and gave me no other alternative than walking away from it all. He doesn’t care for all of his players. Has favorites. Guaranteed makes profit off fundraisers. Makes people feel inferior to him. And all the other bad things you hear about terrible coaches.
