Ringo is one of the best best coaches I have ever had or even seen. He creates amazing runners through positivity and a love of the sport. When doing intense workouts, the one thing I always hear Ringo say is, “smile, enjoy the workout.” He made me love the sport again and because of him I’ve also become a better and faster runner. I always have fun and under his coaching I always feel proud of myself no matter what. He creates a family of his team. Because of Ringo, everyone feels loved, welcomed, and proud to be a Prof. Ringo is also extremely understanding and emphasizes that we should be focusing on our classes and studies. After all, we are students first. Ringo takes care of everyone, he makes sure your school and track experience are the best they can be and will not hesitate to help you with any problem you have. Everyone loves Ringo and Ringo loves everyone. He really brings that Jamaican peace and love energy everywhere he goes.
