Those who know him, know he cares. He is off the charts honest....that's why some people probably don't like him. He is a student of the game...always watching the game, talking the game and trying to learn more about the game. He cares deeply about his family and that includes his team. I would send my kid to play for him in a heartbeat and know that they were going to play for a coach who is going to take great care of them and work to give them a great experience.
