When it comes to producing sprinters, he's an expert. But he's not a great HC. He doesn't oversee other event groups, and plays a lot of favoritism. If you're not performing well, do not expect do not expect niceties. Very passive aggressive, and very petty. Great sprints coach, but doesn't have the tangibles of a head coach in my opinion
