The most disorganized and unprofessional coach I have ever played for. She plays some players that are good and others by favoritism and how much money they have. According to a current player, 8 girls quit during the 2022 season - found to be true. When a player has concerns, she basically brushed them off and when they consider quitting she puts on a new face to protect her image by being overly nice and providing cookie cutter responses. Do not recommend whatsoever. If she offers you anything, make sure you get in writing what you want for your season.

Incredibly unprofessional to players and very manipulative. Not respectful during practices nor game appearances, only cares about her image. Lies during recruitment visits and laughs while watching her athletes struggle. Plays by favoritism and monetary value, not skill. Disappointing and do not recommend. Team is also very toxic, drama usually caused by the coaches or new recruits. I had to lie to recruits in order to help Colleen to get members on the team. In this past season, 8 female athletes quit and dropped from the roster due to bad atmosphere.
