Christine Johnson was lucky to get this position after completing her embarrassing stint at a lower division Manchester College where she never had a winning season. Very defensive minded coach, her ability to create a string back line is undeniable, yet by focusing so much on defense rarely does her team generate any good attack or break lines. Focuses more on fitness than tactics. Interesting character, couldn’t ever figure her out. Puts on a “tough guy” persona…but is very insecure. Runs Professionally ran practices that make sense and flow. Has a good array of drills that promote competitiveness. Big on mentality. Why has she never won more than 5 games in a season as head coach?
