Not a yeller and genuinely cares about his players. Doesn't play favorites as much as most coaches which is nice. Definitely knows the game and wants to win. Very tactical and skill based practices.

Not a yeller and genuinely cares about his players. Doesn't play favorites as much as most coaches which is nice. Definitely knows the game and wants to win. Very tactical and skill based practices.
