Belittling, verbally abusive, lacking competence to be a coach at this level. Only strategy to improve performance was to run sprints at practice, not actually work on strategy or execution. The players have each other’s backs and work hard. Coach doesn’t speak to honor seniors at banquet.

I have never played under a coach that cared more for his players than Coach K does. He is the first person to support you and vouch for you on any matter that is non-lacrosse related. He has been vocal about the fact that he is not only responsible for making you a better lacrosse player, but for developing each player into a respectful young man.
