Disorganized Poor Communication
Cat Clifford makes players want to quit softball. She gives no hope of team or individual improvement. She smiles and tries to appear nice and honest. Don't be fooled! She is vindictive and is known to lie. You never know what you are dealing with because she is so dishonest and unfair. She proudly plays favorites to the most extreme level. Everyone knows who her favorite players are and they get all the opportunities even if they aren't performing. She pretty much almost destroyed Manhattan College Softball with her tactics. The school was right to dismiss her. Her practices are HS level practices.

Cat Clifford creates an overall unfair, dishonest, and rather miserable softball program. Every athlete has at least a little desire to quit, and same for assistant coaches under Cat. She is terrible at communicating the truth. Makes up empty promises and it's basically like she's saying what you want to hear at all times. It doesn't matter how many times you bring up the same topic in order to work through it--she will not change her approach and will babble on about the most random things that don't even connect. Plays favorites like I've never seen before. VERY good at being fake.
