Coach Waters is hand's down one of the best coaches that I have had the pleasure to play for. She genuinely cares for everyone of her players and will go out of her way if need to be to accommodate them. When it comes to the game of softball, her passion is contagious. She is consistent, academically flexible, and open to ideas and criticisms from the team - which makes communicating an easy task. Most importantly, she knows how to make the game fun again!
