Coach Ashley Ivill has been a great asset to the men's and women's sprint, hurdle, and jumps crew at SHU. The insight and attention to detail were right on time for a young, inexperienced team due to COVID-19. She went above and beyond to create a team culture by buying neon matching hats for the coaches and athletes to wear to bring a sense of camaraderie and helping us get to one of our best results scoring-wise at the indoor conference meet.
