She is a very nice person who could make for an awesome friend....but a friend is not what I am looking for out of my coach when playing at they highest level of college softball. Struggled with making game time decision that many times cost us games, playoffs and even some players well being (preventable injures). She most likely was a great DIII coach but is having a hard time hanging with the big dogs at the higher level.
