Disorganized Poor Communication
Does not care about his athletes in any manner. He is quick to make inappropriate comments regarding body, race, religion, eating, and much more. Does not care to improve athletes performances beyond what they are already capable of prior to being coached under him. If you want to excel at your sport, do not join a program where is at. He causes extreme mental distress and knows how to manipulate his athletes and fellow colleagues. He promotes a toxic environment and is quick to put his athletes against one another. Never takes accountability for his own actions, and never seems to be wrong. Workouts are repetitive, not customized for individuals, and leave no room for improvement.
