Chad Martinovich became the Head Football Coach at the University of Rochester in 2018. Coach Marinovich led the Yellowjackets to a 1-9 overall this year. Five of his players were named All-Liberty League and eight earned All-UAA accolades following the season. 

Before coming to Rochester, Martinovich engineered a strong and consistent MIT football program over the course of nine years. After winning just one game in each of his first two seasons, he led MIT to a 10-1 record and an appearance in the second round of the NCAA Division III playoffs in his sixth season. 

After graduating from Hobart College in 1994, where he played football, he has gone on to coach as an assistant at Bucknell University, Hamilton College, University of Albany, Swarthmore College, and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. His experience as a head coach includes MIT and now the University of Rochester.

Coach Martinovich offers some valuable advice to high school athletes who are looking to play at the next level.
