Caitlin Clark, a sophomore guard at the University of Iowa, took the women's college hoops world by storm throughout the 2021-22 season. Leading up to March Madness, not only did she lead the entire country in points per game and assists per game with 27.5 and 8.3 respectively, but she also averaged 7.9 rebounds per game, making her one of the most versatile players in the game. During this season alone, she has had five triple-doubles (10 of each stat in the same game) and was the first player in men's or women's NCAA basketball history to have back-to-back 30 point triple-doubles. Clark has drawn comparisons to NBA legend Stephen Curry with the way that she plays, which is no small feat. Clark is the current favorite to win Player of the Year in women's basketball, and soon she will be making headlines in the WNBA.
