During my time with Coach Radman, he was dishonest, deceitful, and manipulative. He did not care for my mental health and well being at any point in time. He is vindictive and will not spend time with you if you are injured or are recovering from an injury but instead will jeopardize the possibility of you getting better. He believes that he knows everything about everything and will lie to you time and time again. He does know about the sport but his education level on the technicalities of diving are elementary for D1 expectations. He is intense to a toxic level and creates a negative team culture and will manipulate your own teammates against you.
