While he is a nice person, I don’t believe he applies himself properly to manage a tennis team. He has not stuck to his word and does not follow through with needs/ justifications of the team. I do think he is knowledgeable, flexible, and has good qualities, but he doesn’t think abstractly about issues. He also can only handle one thing at a time.
