Tiff has extensive soccer experience as a player and has a lot to bring to the table! She is a newer coach on staff at Yale and makes it clear that she cares about each individual player and their development. She is kind and honest and everyone on the team respects her opinion and input. Tiff is also a very fun person to interact with and makes a genuine effort to connect with every single player on the team. With Tiff on staff, our program has made strides toward improving and we have begun to develop our team culture. Tiff values winning and playing well, but also values personal development and success beyond just soccer. She is a fantastic role model for players on our team and has brought a lot of positive changes to our program since being hired.
