I committed to swim here at Loyola after having a negative experience with my previous club coach. TJ is everything I could ask for in a coach - very involved in our athletic careers and academic careers, but not overly involved in personal life. He is very straightforward with his expectations and standards, creates a healthy team environment, and factors our opinions highly in making major decisions such as recruits. Loves what he does - founded the team 6-7 years ago and has no plans of leaving.
