Intense Fitness Is Important Old School Mentality
He is a old-school kind of coach. However, he needs to do better with adapting to what creates boot speed in the 2020 era. He is stuck in the old ways on how teams used to make speed pre-Covid, which is why BU has not been successful. Rowing aside he is a great person to know. Just not the most talkative if you try to talk to him outside of Rowing. Also, if you do not hit the team standard, you will be cut.
