He’s self-absorbed and has tons going on - from swim practices to teaching classes. He puts pressure on people to meet his goals, regardless of whether it makes sense. If someone complains or becomes too exhausted it won’t be understood by this professor. He uses rudeness as a motivating tactic. Some respect and choices would be helpful. Some of his swimmers started to have serious mental health problems.
