Steve is an outdated coach who does not know how to be honest with people or treat people with respect. He has not kept his knowledge of the sport up with modern times and does not understand how to make swimmers faster. Most swimmers do not improve on his team. Steve is also a liar to boot, he makes promises he can't keep and does not communicate.
