If you're not afraid to get screamed at he's a good coach. He isn't afraid to let everyone on the field know that you're an idiot or you messed up and he instills the constant fear of not messing up which causes the team to play extremely tight and scared.

Humberger is a very intense coach that yells and cusses at players for little things. I'm personally not a big fan of coaching styles like his. As an example, a freshman pinch ran during one game for the catcher last year, and ended up scoring. Coach didn't say good job, but chewed him out for not getting one more step on his lead.
