This guy barely spends any time with the team. His assistant Zach basically runs things and is a better coach all around. However, Sean decides lineups, etc. there is little to no squad mobility. However, there is one case where squad mobility is evident. He brought someone with 13 of his chromosomes as a mid-year transfer and dropped him right into the starting eleven, leaving out much better players. Sean yells at players (even the nicest people) for messing up. This creates more mistakes all around. Players get shamed for Injuries, which leads to more injuries due to people playing with knocks. Often made references to a driving incident involving a player and teases him for it. Not the best experience but if you're strong enough to deal with everything it is manageable.
