Well-intended, positive personality, knows a lot about the game, but mentally just kind of all over the place, unorganized, makes careless mistakes. Overall good though, certainly preps players to get better individually, i think he’s much better as a 1-on-1 coach than heading an entire team.

Winning is Coach Polley's number 1 priority. He is not the best with words, but he truly cares about his players. He has their backs when they get in trouble and will help them in times of need. He pushes the team to work harder every day and is never satisfied with mediocracy. If you work hard and add value to the team, he will serve you well.
