Disorganized Old School Mentality Poor Communication
During the recruiting process, he doesn't flat-out lie but he withholds many truths. Claims he keeps the roster size limited but has the largest in the UMAC. Practices are run very poorly with a lot of standing around. The coach could learn a few things from high school coaches and even some club coaches. The mindset of his style is from the 1980s and hasn't evolved with time. Talks behind non-starters' backs during practice so everyone can hear. He couldn't be more removed from the development of the players he brings in, and just replaces you with a JUCO player in a heartbeat.
