He is one of the most intelligent Coaches I have had the opportunity to meet. His knowledge of the game is off the charts. Players that want to succeed and learn the most will thrive in his organization. Players that are selfish or self centered will not do well as he holds everyone accountable for their actions as well as himself. He has a way of coaching that can turn mistakes into valuable learning points in the future. People that talk ill of him do so because they failed to be a team player or there for the right reasons. Amazing Coach and Better person.
