Coach Radcliffe is an amazing coach- I wish I would have had him as my coach for my whole career. He demands hard work and intensity, and is a competitive coach- but he does truly care about his athletes as people.

Rod has shown up and shown out each and everyday for his team. He is dedicated to making better players and making each individual athlete a better person. He is a person you can go to and talk about anything with and always helps in any way possible. He cares more about the person than the player. He strives to make his players feel at home and have a family atmosphere on and off the field. He never gives up on his team and rarely gets negative towards the team. Him and his wife our like parents to the team and will do anything to help us out. I would recommend Rod as a coach any day.
