Cool Believes In You Cares About Academics Dedicated To Players Easy To Get Along With
I personally loved Coach Smith. She truly cares about her players and their well being. My freshman year we would have weekly check ins to ensure you were adjusting well to college and handling everything well emotionally, mentally, and in the classroom. She did struggle to keep the team culture and team environment in good condition, but one on one if you build a relationship with her she will always have your back. A little goofy at times, and not the most organized but I liked her.
