His coaching style is a good balance of high intensity, detailed pre-game run through, or position oriented technical session. The drills he ran incorporated an environment of high tempo while continually competing and intrinsically wanting to improve. He motivates you, as a student-athlete, to be a better player, person, and student. He is level headed and professional.
