Enormous ego. One of the worst coaches I've ever had. Cares about wins and losses more than he cares about his players. Uses his staff like puppets, no assistant coach has any say whatsoever in game decisions. Plays favorites constantly. If you're not one of his favorites you're left behind. Do yourself a favor and refrain from committing to Elon.

Coach Kennedy was fair, honest, and motivated to win. All things necessary to bring home a championship and instill a winning mentality and expectation within his program. Work hard, stay out of trouble, keep up your grades, and compete; he'll love you and give you every opportunity to succeed. As a former Elon student and player himself, he can sniff out the ones who are more interested in partying and will not be as willing to give second chances to those players. High standards coach
