Meg is super knowledgeable and skilled when it comes to FH. She is very dedicated in improving App's program. Meg is a really honest individual and doesn't hold back. She is new to the head coaching role and is still learning the ropes. However App's FH program with Meg's coaching will be incredible in the years to come. Fitness has become a HUGE factor in the program. Get ready to run. Thick skin, dedication and a strong mentality is necessary under her coaching.
