He surely knows pitching and maybe one day could make a great pitching coach. However, he kills confidence and is not good with people. Can’t relate to his players and constantly tries to manipulate their every move. Talks down to the assistant coach (fukes) everyone adores. Hired an unpaid coach who is just horrible. You don’t want to play for this guy. Went to Johns Hopkins and tries to use that to make it seem like he’s intelligent, but was only there because he was a great athlete.
