Makes genuine efforts to connect with his players and try to bring the team together. Coach Righter has improved in open-mindedness, honesty, and communication considerably throughout my four years. A much more level-headed coach and person than he gets credit for. No coach is perfect, but his weaknesses get exaggerated severely. Overall very good.

At times, Coach Righter can be a little stubborn and set in his ways. He also can get in his own way and try to do too much instead of letting things play out. That being said, he is very knowledgeable and does truly care about his players. He is a young coach and has a lot to learn. He is continuing to grow and has a lot of potential.

Can’t relate to his players and constantly tries to manipulate their every move. Talks down to the assistant coach (fukes) everyone adores. Hired an unpaid coach who is just horrible.
