He is a tough coach and can push people past limits, but he doesn't care about the person there is no relationship. He has expressed focus on the girls that are already good and to forget about the ones who haven't peaked yet. For most girls he is hard to talk to because he can manipulate a situation or pretend that there isn't a problem.
