Allows team toxicity and a negative team culture because he does not know how to deal with conflict. He has player favorites and they run the team. He will act like everything is his decision but if players complain to him enough they get their way. Calls every play during games. Stays resolute in his line up during the course of a game even if it’s not working. The girls run from fall to spring with 1 day off a week during the spring season. Lacks understanding that athletes can benefit physically and mentally from periodic rest.
