Direct Disorganized Intense Old School Mentality Poor Communication
Mark is a very quirky coach that holds onto his beliefs (even if it may not make sense) and expects his players to follow him blindly. He is a poor communicator and appears ti enjoy leaving people in the dark. His baseball IQ is questionable and is a proud person. So proud that he cannot fathom his own faults. He has his personal favorites and they can do no wrong. If you are not on his high list, he only sees the mistakes and discounts the good plays.

The worst coach I have had in my life unfortunately. Completely unqualified to run a college program and negatively influenced many careers. I could go on for much longer but trust me that you do not want to go here if you are serious about baseball.

The worst coach I have had in my life unfortunately. Completely unqualified to run a college program and negatively influenced many careers. I could go on for much longer but trust me that you do not want to go here if you are serious about baseball.
