-manipulative & too involved in athlete's personal lives -created an unhealthy team culture -retention for recruited athletes is terrible -poor ability to coach technique, in my 2 years at UT there wasn't consistency in coaching -teammates lost speed from HS -fast boats weren't a priority (RED FLAG) -Transferring was the best decision I've ever made.

-manipulative & too involved in athlete's personal lives -created an unhealthy team culture -retention for recruited athletes is terrible -poor ability to coach technique, in my 2 years at UT there wasn't consistency in coaching -teammates lost speed from HS -fast boats weren't a priority (RED FLAG) -Transferring was the best decision I've ever made.

Very manipulative. Was very difficult to understand why some days she was super nice to you and than the next day you never existed. She got too involved with athletes outside factors, too controlling to a point where the atmosphere in the boat house was always cold. She is shady and has lied to recruits to come on the team. I have proof of this.
