No fair seat races, changes line ups the day of races & chooses athlete favorites. Only way she still works for UT is her connections in the athletic department. Don't row/Cox for her!

As much as people like to bash on how much of a terrible person lisa glenn is, she is not that bad.You get what you put into this team. If you are focused and truly committed to the sport of rowing, and show that you want to truly succeed, you will be fine with having a coach like her. She's not the greatest coach, but she isn't the worst.

As much as people like to bash on how much of a terrible person lisa glenn is, she is not that bad.You get what you put into this team. If you are focused and truly committed to the sport of rowing, and show that you want to truly succeed, you will be fine with having a coach like her. Very manipulative. Was very difficult to understand why some days she was super nice to you and than the next day you never existed.
