-poor ability to coach technique, in my 2 years at UT there wasn't consistency in coaching
-teammates lost speed from HS
-fast boats weren't a priority (RED FLAG)
-Transferring was the best decision I've ever made.

Pushes you to mentally deteriorate and manipulates you. If she likes you, your life will be easy though. But you never know if/when that will happen. Uses scholarship money as a tool to get her way.I hope I never have to deal with another person who operates in such an ill manner

She is intense. You will become a stronger person after completing 4 years here for sure. A good coach will prep you for the real world and she does that in spades. Its not all sunshine and rainbows but I wouldn't want it any other way.
