Lisa Costello is a great coach if you are a favorite. She is a great person overall but as a coach she is not someone who I would recommend playing under. You have to ask every question under the sun to get a solid answer to a problem about yourself. You will get left in the dark if you do not speak up. Communication skills need improvement. Players are players but people first not just runs or plays. The players had to create their own culture without coaches because there was no middle ground being met. Lisa is open to changing team culture but not players on the field even if the team is not successful.
