Not knowledgeable on soccer. Chooses favorites and ignores other players. Let assistant coach make a majority of the decisions. Scheduled weekly meetings in an attempt to be accessible but ended up canceling every week. Class of 2018 began with 11 players and only 2 graduated with the team, that says something about the coaching staff.
