Lacey creates a great team culture and is very knowledgeable. Practices are always intense and competitive. She wants to win and I love that. However, Lacey has an issue with being honest with her players. She tends to beat around the bush or takes the easy way out with players which is one thing that hurts our teams

Lacey is a very kind coach. She values relationships and wants the team to succeed. She takes time to get to know players and cultivate open communication. You might have to approach her to get feedback, but once you start the initial conversation she will be open and try to support you the best she can.

Worst coach I've ever had. Dishonest avoids confrontation, doesn't coach and only acts in a managerial position. Never known a coach not watch the sport they coach, very disinterested and does not know the game. Favors players, and politics play a huge role in her decisions. Communication is a serious problem for Lacey. Sets standards, and when they're not met does not uphold them.
