As a coach he has lots of years of experience but runs and average program at best. There are a lot of positives about Lloyd but I never had the motivation / intense program to bring my best self or continue to invest or want to learn more about the game. I would say lukewarm at best. I just didn’t feel like I left a better player after 4 yrs in the program. That is on the player as well but a coach has some responsibility in that as well.

As a coach he has lots of years of experience but runs and average program at best.
