Really believe that he's a good guy and cares about each player personally. There have definitely been situations where he's in over his head and his "solutions" weren't the best but he's always willing to talk about it and genuinely tries to improve. I think he has a lot of volleyball knowledge, could be better at his delivery of it.

Really believe that he's a good guy and cares about each player personally.
