As a parent of a former player, my daughter THRIVED for four years under Coach Kera. Coach Kera is not only an exceptional coach, but an even better human who still goes beyond to continue that support even after graduation. If I had the choice to do to send my daughter to Arkansas Tech, under Coach Kera, I would do it all over again. We love Coach Kera!!!

Kera is a phenomenal coach!!!!!! She is accessible to her players at all times. She keeps time on and off the court enjoyable. She genuinely cares about how her players are mentally, physically, and emotionally. She strives to help student athletes develop into responsible, hard working, and respectful women. I cant say enough about her as a person and a coach. 10/10!

Coach Kera was undoubtedly the BEST coach I have ever had in my career. Her knowledge of the game, her compassion, and her faith in me made her stand out as not only an amazing coach but an amazing human. I am now a coach myself and model my coaching style after hers. Not only did she push me and believe in me to make me a great athlete, she listened to me in one of my darkest times and provided feedback that got me through some of my toughest days. Beyond THANKFUL for Coach Kera.

Coach Dukic is a solid coach and is passionate about volleyball. She knows the game and knows what it takes to win. It takes a lot of work, commitment and team unity. Not everyone is cut out for college sports honestly….. even the athletically gifted. They don’t want to be a TEAM player, they want to be a ME player and if they don’t get their way, they will pollute the team with lies….. whatever it takes even cheering against their teammates on Senior night. So sad. Coach Dukic doesn’t cater to selfish players and yes she makes her entire team run bleachers and lift weights. I know it’s crazy, isn’t it? What in the world is coming to college athletics? If you have a question or complaint, her door is open. She will be honest and direct. If a player gets sick at 2:00 am, she will be at the hospital with them. She cares for her players, all of them. If you are considering ATU and Coach Dukic please ask her to give you parent and player references and you can talk to those individuals directly. Don’t be swayed by these ME players. Ask your own questions. Arkansas Tech is an awesome program and a wonderful place to play volleyball. Honestly you couldn’t ask for a better coach than Coach Dukic!

If you are a the type of player or person who thinks the rules don’t apply to you cause you are just that good or you are the type of person that is better than everyone else then coach Kera is not for you. If you are used to getting your way always and mommy and daddy have taken care of everything for you then no you won’t like tech. But if you are interested in someone who truly cares about others who ever they may be and treats people with respect then this would be a good fit. Coach Kera is extremely competitive but along with her competitiveness she is truly a caring person. She is not the type of coach that holds back from trying to teach you how to improve your game, she cares about your academics and who you are on and off the court. She wants you to be the best you can be.

I'm a parent of an ATU VB player. I can say without a doubt that we’ve had more experience and first-hand knowledge, from a parent’s perspective, of the program since Coach Kera took over than anyone else. She is a good coach that cares about her players and their families. We’ve experienced this first-hand to a far greater extent than what we could have ever imagined; and her response was greater than what could possibly be expected. Arkansas Tech is a great university, and the school and VB program is an outstanding opportunity for young adults. It's been a joy for us to get to know the student athletes and their families. Is it easy for the athletes? No. The time, effort and struggles of a college student athlete are demanding. This isn’t high school or club VB, and every situation isn’t ideal for everyone.
