Taught me how to be a leader to people around me Cared for me about my personal life while also my baseball career. Helped me make changes in my life that helped improve my life dramtically. Believed in me when nobody else would. All practices are very thought out and are well organized. You feel like you are getting better everyday.

Playing for Kent Madole was the best experience I could ask for. He helped me not only as a baseball player, but as a person too. He really believed in me and helped motivate me go to go above and beyond anything I ever thought I could. All the other coaches around give up on me and did not think I was worth their time. But coach Madole believed in me and worked with me and I am very thankful for him for doing that because he helped me to continue to play college baseball and beyond after my time at IVC. Coach Madole is an old school coach that will ask for the very best from you as a player. He does not play favorites and will go with the players that are working hard and are bought in to helping the team win in any way. But that does not mean he gives up on the players that aren't playing. Every single player that coach Madole has on his roster he is trying to get better every single day at practice. It doesn't matter if you are a bench guy or an everyday starter. Coach Madole keeps you involved and is constantly trying to get you better. I was very lucky to play for Coach Madole and I think he is one of the best JUCO coaches around.
