She knows the sport of lacrosse very well and she cares deeply for her players. She is a challenging coach at times, but she pushes her players to be the best player that they can possibly be on and off the field. The four years that I was on this team were the best years of my life and that was due mostly to my teammates. The culture that this team possesses is a family-oriented culture. Everyone cares deeply about each other and always has each others back.
