I was completely blindsided by this coaching staff once I came to campus. They were definitely not what I expected whatsoever. This staff does not care about their players outside of softball whatsoever. Mental health conversations were discouraged and even made fun of as well. This especially hurt since several players see counselors. We were told not to be mentally weak and to deal with our problems.
