He sits down the entire game, and if he does talk in timeouts, it’s only when UAlbany is winning. The majority of coaching the team receives is other players or the assistant coaches. He talks around the point when approached with a difficult question and often does not give actual answers. Isn’t good about making changes. If a player is pulled, they’re offered no explanation as to why. Doesn’t value his athlete’s mental health despite saying he does. Doesn’t value hard work or hustle.
